May 12 Episode 13 Patch File (?)A new patch file has appeared on the list, although it isn't accessible on the patch server. However, by its name I would assume it includes the meat of the next major update.

Since this isn't nearly as huge as 12 was, I'd expect it will take less time to get to Sakray/etc. But who knows.

Next are two headgears, one of which has been long awaited by many people:
Takius Blindfold
 A blindfold that lets you see beyond Rune-Midgarts... and into the world of Anime DVDs! Rideword Hat [1]
A hat designed to mimic the look of a terrible magic book which attacks people.
When physically attacking, there is a 5% chance to recover 8% of your damage as HP. When physically attacking, there is a 1% chance to recover 4% of your damage as SP. Drains 10 HP every 5 seconds while equipped. Cannot be traded or dropped, but can be put into Kafra Storage. Location : Upper Defense Rate : 2 Weight : 30 Level : 40 Job : All jobs except novice There were also some other fairly boring gears that I am frankly too lazy to post about. December 12 Possible Future Cash ItemsWoE Teleport Scroll 100 Box A box containing 100 teleport scrolls that warp you to the Siege Areas. A box containing 30 Greed Scrolls, which each enable a single cast of Greed. Triple Poring Hat A hat with 3 Porings Stacked in a pile. Thick Battle Manual A Battle Manual that takes twice as long to read. Can only be stored. Contains 1 Glaris Doll Hat, which is non-tradeable. This Box can be traded. Defolty Doll Hat Box Contains 1 Defolty Doll Hat, which is non-tradeable. This Box can be traded. Moonlight Flower Hat Box A hat inspired by the adorable Moonlight Flower. Be sure to Hand Wash to prolong the soft Nine Tail Fur lining. Location: Upper-Middle headgear Battle Manual 5 Box A Box containing 5 Battlemanuals. Battle Manual increases the amount of Exp/Jexp gained by 50% for 30 minutes. This Box may be Traded or Stored. Megaphone 10 Box A Box containing 10 Megaphones. Megaphone: Allows a single yell to be heard by everyone on the Map. A box to help coordinate and be rewarded on MVP hunts. Contains: The Box can be traded, the Contents cannot. A scroll that will cast Magic Amplification Lvl 10 for you. Good for making the next magic attack do +50% Magic attack power.

December 08 Episode 12 on MainsWhile it seems like it's taken forever and a day, it seems Episode 12 is finally slated to be added to the Main Servers tomorrow. Key to Morroc
A key that unlocks
all of the special boundaries of Rune Midgarts following the rebirth of Satan Morocc. Activates Episode 12.0 quests and items. Cannot be dropped or traded. Key to Moscovia A key that unlocks
the special boundaries of the new lands of Moscovia. Activates Moscovia quests and items. Cannot be dropped or traded. OK, apparently this isn't as bad as it first looked. Once Episode 12 is added to the mains, the item will be added to Valkyrie, and for a few weeks until Valkyrie gets Episode 12, the item will be required to access the Episode 12 stuff on Valk. (I don't know about the Moscovia one, presumably it is for later). Therefore the key is only for EARLY ACCESS to Episode 12 on Valkyrie. It will be free a few weeks later. So it's basically just a temporary Premium Server perk. Apparently it's going to be a non-consumable item that presumably weighs 0. According to Heim they can be traded around on your account to each char you're on (presumably you need it on all the time in order to access Episode 12 and future Moscovia features). THIS ITEM IS TEMPORARY. IT WILL DISAPPEAR ONCE EPISODE 12 OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES ON VALK. December 01 Sakray Testing StatusSo far, much progress has happened with the many...many bugs that were present on Sakray initially. Most of the client-side problems seem to have been fixed. Some of you may have noticed the BGM files were finally added in today. Hopefully if things go well this week, 12 could make its way to the Mains next week, though who knows these days. If not next week, the week after would probably be pretty likely.
Also added to the patch server today were two "Keys" that I really have no idea what they're for:

Their sprites are little "Poring Keys" so if that gives anyone a clue, you're smarter than me... November 18 Sakray Testing Begins!So now that Sakray is finally open for testing Episode 12, over on iW we've opened an Episode 12 Wiki Taskforce board and a subforum for Guilds and Parties on Sakray. I urge anyone interested in participating to check them out as we start on the long road of documenting the content in this update. Of course, pay attention to the official news as well on the iRO homepage and forums. (Valkyrie?) Weekend Hunting Pack
The Weekend Hunting Pack contains the following consumable items to maximize your hunting efficiency.

Don’t quite remember what each is, but they’re from a recent kRO Kafra Shop item update. November 07 Valkyrie Patch Changes 11/7/2008Looks like the added items are pretty much totally polished now. Slight de-engrishifying changes and they added the different colored butterfly wing sprites, so it looks like these items are about ready to go. I'd expect them to be added to Valk this coming maint. Rental Item Follow-Up: Here’s the list of the added rental items for Valkyrie, minus the new Ring that I talked about already: Executioner A gruesome sword used to behead criminals judged with the death penalty. Cutlas A one-handed sword popularized by its use by sea adventurers. Enables use of Level 5 Bash. Moonlight Dagger A dagger imbued with lunar spirit and the power to drain an enemy's soul. Wrench A heavy tool with many practical applications. Enable a chance of andomly inflicting the Stun, Blind, Poison r Frozen statuses with Solar Sword A one-handed sword adorned with an engraving of the sun, symbolizing battle spirit and vigor. Tomahawk A light axe imbued with the Wind property which can be hurled at enemies. Rudra Bow A bow imbued with the sacred essense of Rudra, one of the ancient gods. Magestic Goat A helmet, made to look like mighty goat horns, that can increase the strength of its wearer. STR +1 November 05 Valkyrie Patch Changes 11/5/2008Looks like quite a few more rental items are in the mix for being added to Valkyrie, including the "All in One Ring" which enables level 1 Heal/Teleport/Stats +1/Phen Effect. Along with the addition of those Valkyrie Kafra Shop items, another updated version of the Episode 12 clientside files have been added (Main Server/Sakray only version). While it seems trying to nail down a timeline for this to finally be tested on Sakray is “like nailing jello to a wall”, I’m hopeful it’ll be within the next two weeks. If we’re lucky, this week!
